藥物制劑新技術(shù)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室招聘信息
2007年12月經(jīng)國家科學(xué)技術(shù)部批準，揚子江藥業(yè)集團有限公司正式組建藥物制劑新技術(shù)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室，該實(shí)驗室為國家首批企業(yè)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室之一，也是首批中唯一由制藥企業(yè)承建的重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室藥物制劑新技術(shù)研究實(shí)驗室下設緩/控釋給藥系統技術(shù)平臺、微粒載藥給藥系統技術(shù)平臺、難溶藥物增溶技術(shù)平臺及制劑質(zhì)量標準研究技術(shù)平臺，實(shí)驗室的研究方向及內容為：致力于緩/控釋給藥系統,微粒載藥給藥系統及難溶藥物增溶技術(shù)平臺的應用基礎、制備技術(shù)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)研究以及與之配套的質(zhì)量控制研究及產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究。緩/控釋給藥系統將重點(diǎn)發(fā)展心腦血管類(lèi)、內分泌類(lèi)、抗生素類(lèi)和胃腸道類(lèi)藥物的緩/控釋制劑產(chǎn)品，并在定速釋放、定位釋放及定時(shí)釋放等三個(gè)方面取得創(chuàng )新成果。微粒載藥給藥系統重點(diǎn)開(kāi)展抗腫瘤、營(yíng)養藥、免疫治療藥等領(lǐng)域的乳劑、亞微乳、脂質(zhì)體等創(chuàng )新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，研究提高產(chǎn)品穩定性、包封率、載藥量及復溶等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，開(kāi)展產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究，以實(shí)現工藝可行、質(zhì)量可控、產(chǎn)品穩定，解決載藥微粒制劑的產(chǎn)業(yè)化工藝及技術(shù)和設備的配套。計劃通過(guò)五年的建設，使重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室在緩/控釋給藥系統、微粒載藥給藥系統的研究、生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量控制等方面達到國內領(lǐng)先、國際先進(jìn)的水平，成為國內相關(guān)技術(shù)的推廣平臺，推動(dòng)國內企業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)的整體發(fā)展和更新。

n 本部門(mén)人員招聘及培訓的規劃 plan for hiring and training
n 本部門(mén)發(fā)展的策略及具體考核計劃 strategy for the division and detailed evaluation plan
l 產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā) Product development
n 領(lǐng)導和管理2-3個(gè)研發(fā)小組應用制劑新技術(shù)（緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等）進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)包括立項,配方工藝研發(fā)、放大、注冊及產(chǎn)業(yè)化 lead and manage 2-3 groups of scientists to apply advanced/novel technologies including solid oral modified release or micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems or solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies for product development. The process will involve new product development proposal, formula and process development/optimization, scale-up, product registration and commercial manufacture.
n 為新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)評估第三方的制劑技術(shù) Evaluate third party formulation/drug delivery technologies for new product development.
n 領(lǐng)導團隊與國內和國際的合作伙伴進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)或接受技術(shù)轉讓 lead the group to collaborate with domestic and international partners for product development or for technology transfer
n 負責組織新產(chǎn)品的注冊 responsible for new product registration
l 技術(shù)平臺的開(kāi)發(fā)和建設 Platform Technology development
n 領(lǐng)導團隊制訂出制劑新技術(shù)平臺建設計劃并付諸實(shí)施.這些技術(shù)包括緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等 Lead groups to propose plans for platform technology development. Lead groups to implement the approved plans. These platform technologies include modified release, micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems and solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies.
n 撰寫(xiě)研究論文并在國內及國際的學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表 write research papers and publish them in domestic and internal peer reviewed journals
n 在國內和國際會(huì )議上進(jìn)行海報展出和會(huì )議演講 make posters and podium presentations at domestic and international conferences
n 撰寫(xiě)與新技術(shù)相關(guān)的專(zhuān)利文件 write and file new technology related patents
